Our seciality wallpaper is produced in small dye lots, and accordingly we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Due to variations in dye lots, it is standard for quality wallpaper to be non returnable, as such all wallpaper orders are deemed Final Sale*
In order to help you order with confidence we do offer a sample service & are happy to help you estimate roll quantities**
Sample Service
Ordering a sample of wallpaper is always recommended as the colour shown on your computer screen may vary slightly from the physical product itself. When scanning our wallpaper we always try to ensure that the colour matches as closely as possible, however every computer monitor has different settings for brightness, contrast etc. and as a result may appear to be a lighter or darker shade than it actually is.
Similarly although we endeavor to describe our wallpapers accurately, these descriptions are subjective & again ordering a sample is the best way to achieve a definite colour choice.
